Sub leasing

(Mary Medeiros) #1

Hello all! Curious if anyone is subleasing space in their office and if so how you might have gone about seeking subletters. Thanks!

I’ve been able to rent out to areas of my office to a licensed clinical professional counselor as well as a personal trainer.

“Adjunctive” professionals such as these or even others like acupuncture, massage therapy, etc. can really add some value to your practice.

If you just get your name out there and that you have space to rent/lease, they’ll pop up on your radar.

Awesome! I’ll start working some connections. Appreciate the response (in both forums where I posted). Thanks tons.

Yea, we have a therapist and nutritionist who sublease space in our office. We had a massage therapist for a time as well. Definitely not hard to find if you’re looking usually.

Yeah. Coffee shop and bookstore bulletin boards are great help!
