Curious to hear how practices are using coupons. Have you found them effective in encouraging pre-enrollments? How are they used post launch?

I used a one time coupon for existing patients when I transitioned from FFS to Direct Primary Care.It basically discounted one month. It was helpful for some to make a decision a little faster rather than “waiting to see if you will go back to taking my insurance”
